Can I get a refund for the Pro Upgrade (Google Play)?

As stated in the official help docs of the Play Store, in-app purchases are different than other app purchases because there is no 15-minute refund policy. We provide One Touch Location as a free app so you can try it out thoroughly before you purchase the Pro version. For us as the developer there is no way to find out whether an app has been uninstalled or not.

However in a few cases we will consider a refund (which requires manual intervention by our support staff):
